Payment Methods
I currently accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Payment is due at beginning of the scheduled appointment. Should a payment be returned due to Nonsufficient Funds, a $20 processing charge will be incurred.
Cancellation Policy
There is an automatic missed appointment charge of the standard session fee for appointments not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, regardless of the reason.
Insurance
A superbill is provided to you should you wish to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement according to your out-of-network provider network benefits.
Pricing
Therapy Session (50-55 minutes) – $195 / session
Assessments – $200 / hr
Sliding Scale
The cost of therapy can be expensive. While I generally do not work with a sliding scale, there may be exceptions to this. If you are facing financial hardships I am open to discussing various options with you.
