Parenting Consultation
Being a parent is not an easy job. It is, however, one of the most important jobs that you and I will ever do. There are many struggles that parents feel at different points across the lifespan. At times, you may feel hopeless or directionless, wondering how to best parent your child. You don’t have to be alone in this process. Together you and I can develop a parenting plan that best suits your family’s needs. Parenting is not an exact science and what works for one family may not work for another.
If you find that your child is having difficulty with sleeping, eating, social difficulties, acting out behaviors, anxiety, and/or mood changes, parenting consultation may be appropriate for you. Together we can develop a parenting plan to better address these concerns. If you feel these services may be appropriate for you and your family, please contact me. Prior to your first visit you will complete all necessary forms through a client portal, which I will send to you via email. This will allow us to get started with therapy in a timely manner.
